Jim was born in Houston, TX. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University then moved to north Dallas to begin a career in law enforcement. Jim has served as a Sergeant and SWAT Commander for a north Dallas police department for 8 years. Jim's career in real estate started in 2009.
